DNA Quantification & RNA Quantification
DNA Quantification for Qubit Fluorometer
DNA Quantification and RNA Quantification kits are developed for highly precise quantitation of dsDNA, RNA, ssDNA, and short oligo samples with a Qubit Fluorometer. The kits are fluorescence-based DNA/RNA quantitation which is specific and sensitive.
Besides the original 200-µL Qubit assays, we have developed the Qubit assays with the volume reduced to 100 µL. The volume is half of the original 200 µL assay, and the reagent costs are also reduced to half of the costs for the 200 µL assay. Plus, the 100 µL assay is high-throughput compatible as the 96-well plate racks and multichannel pipettes can be used to reduce the time for assay preparation. Our kits can save 67% (standard 200 µL assay) and 83% (half-volume 100 µL assay) of the costs as compared to ThermoFisher’s Qubit kits.
