For United States customers
Online order: you can place your order directly on our secured website. Register first, and then choose the products you want to purchase, follow the check-out instructions.
Credit Card: You can choose pay by a Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express).
Paypal: You can choose pay by Paypal.
Purchase Order: You can choose pay by Purchase Order.

When placing your order, please provide the following:
– Institution or company
– Your name & phone number
– Billing address
– Shipping address
– Catalog number, product name, and quantity
– Valid purchase order number or credit card information
For international customers
You can place your order either with your local distributor or directly with us by email sales@biodynami.com. The shipping cost will be varied depending on your location.
Any major credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express) can be used for payment when your order is placed online.
Paypal is also accepted.
If you prefer to give a Purchase Order number, payment will be due net 30.
Sales Tax
Your purchase may be subject to sales or use tax that is not being collected in your invoice. As a result, you may be required to file a sales or use tax return. Please check your state sales and use tax code for details.
FedEx is our carrier. Normally, we ship the domestic order within 1 to 3 business days. For international locations, the delivery time varies depending on the location. If a customer request shipping with an alternative carrier or on the customer’s shipping account number, the customer becomes responsible for all costs associated with replacement of damaged or lost goods.
