DNA ladder, also called DNA marker, is a mixture of fragments with known lengths, used in agarose and PAGE electrophoresis to determine the size of unknown fragments. BioDynami has four type of markers, the covering ranges are 20 bp to 800 bp, 100 bp to 1000 bp, 1 kb to 10 kb, and 10 kb 48.5 kb.

The markers are premixed with 6X DNA loading dye for convenience, and are ready to load on gels. The intense reference bands are included for easy size identification in most of the markers.

• 20 bp DNA Ladder – From 20 bp to 800 bp, works on both agarose gel and acrylamide gel.
• 100 bp DNA Ladder – From 100 bp to 1000 bp. The 500-bp band with higher concentration is easily distinguishable from the others.
• 1 kb DNA Ladder – From 1 kb to 10 kb. The 4 kb band with higher concentration is easily distinguishable from the others.
• 10 kb DNA Ladder– From 10 kb to 48.5 kb.
• 6X DNA Loading Buffer – For loading DNA markers and samples on agarose or polyacrylamide gels. It contains two dyes, xylene cyanol FF and orange G for visual tracking of DNA migration.
