dsDNA Quantification HS Kit (100-µl Assay)
The dsDNA Quantification High Sensitivity Kit (100-µl Assay) is developed for double-stranded DNA quantification with the half-volume of 100-ul Assays. The 100-µL assays can cut the assay costs to half as compared to the standard 200-µL assays. The assay is accurate for DNA concentrations with a detection range of 0.1 ng – 120 ng, the same as the standard high sensitivity 200-µl assays.

The dsDNA Quantification Broad Range Kit (100-µl Assay) is developed for dsDNA quantification with the half-volume of 100-ul Assays. The 100-µL assays can cut the assay costs to half as compared to the standard 200-µL assays. The assay is accurate for DNA concentrations with a detection range of 4 ng – 2000 ng, the same as the standard broad range 200-µl assays.
