Assay Tube Adaptor

(For Qubit Fluorometer, Half-Volume 100-µL Assay)

The Assay Tube Adaptor is designed for the half-volume 100-uL assay of the Qubit fluorometer. The assay volume for the Qubit fluorometer is 200 µL. We have developed the Qubit assays with the volume reduced to 100 µL. The volume is only half of the original assay volume, and the half-volume assays can decrease the reagent costs by 50%.

The Tube Adaptor is required for the 100-µL assays. Simply place the adaptor in the sample chamber of the fluorometer before inserting the 100 µL assay tubes.
